Improving the health and wellness for the citizens of Kosciusko County is what drives the purpose and priorities of K21 Foundation. In making each and every decision, we ask ourselves how our mission will best be served. Over $15 million in grants have been approved over our nine years of being part of the community, and we’ve only just begun!

We look at grants as investments in our community with the hope that each approval will positively affect our neighbors. Some have a large influence, like funding the start of a new medication assistance program. Others have a smaller impact, like granting organizations the ability to buy updated equipment to better service their clients.

As the foundation moves through its ninth year, we will continue to serve community by working to assist the many wonderful not-for-profit organizations to further our mission of promoting health and wellness in Kosciusko County.
