The Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund, administered by K21 Foundation, provides assistance to financially-eligible residents of Kosciusko County who are suffering from cancer. The purpose of the fund is to relieve some of the financial strain that often accompanies that dreaded diagnosis. The assistance provided includes but is not limited to items such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, insurance, food, car payments, and prescription medications.

Funds for the Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund are primarily raised through a group of community volunteers who organize an annual golf outing, gala and auction.  Funds may also be received through donations from the general public.
